The 5.2 Diet

The basic idea of the 5.2 diet is that for five days a week you eat as you would normally, you’re even allowed sweet treats. Then on two days of the week you only have a quarter of your calorie intake, for women thats 500 and men its 600. This is the perfect diet if you like to have flexibility, you can chose which two days a week are your low calorie days, meaning that you can make your dieting fit around your schedule. The idea is that fasting can damage your body and can be quiet unhealthy, but intermittent fasting will minimalism any negative effects and creates a much healthier diet. Its also great because its not as strict as some calorie counting diets out there. While its true it does involve some calorie counting its simple and they recommend lots of different food you could have on your dieting days. They even have an online community so you can talk to others on the same diet and  get advice.
